All additional charges will be discussed and approved before any work begins.

    You can purchase your membership online, by phone, or through email. Our team will guide you through a quick setup process.

  • How do I know if my membership is active?

    We will send a confirmation message with your activation details and help you schedule your first visit.

  • Do unused visits roll over to the next year?

    No. All visits must be used within 12 months of purchase and cannot be carried over.

  • Can I reschedule my appointment?

    Yes. Simply notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we’ll be happy to reschedule.

  • Will there be any extra charges during my visits?

    Only if your vehicle requires additional time for heavy pet hair, stains, odors, or deep recovery work. Any extra cost will always be discussed beforehand.
